On November 18-20 our university was receiving the delegation from the Urgench State University (Uzbekistan) consisting of the University rector – Bakhrom Abdullaev, and the vice-rector for international affairs – Gairat Urazboev. Another stop on the delegation’s route was the Center of Scientific Collaboration (ДНК) where they were shown the equipment, met the center’s teaching staff, and attended the class for 8th-graders “Digital Systems Management”. Besides, the representatives of the Urgench State University discussed the long-term cooperation perspectives such as arranging joint trainings and hackathons, online and onsite workshops.
On Friday the high visitors took part in the plenary session of the all-Russian applied research conference “Regional universities as the drivers of the Russia’s territorial development” were Bakhrom Abdullaev made a report on the university-employer cooperation model.
