UdSU Rector Prof. Galina Merzlyakova gives interview (in Russian) to the "Business Reputation" journal in which she speaks about the mission, strategy and achievements of the university on the international arena, and its role in the development of the regional foreign policy.
According to the Rector, the university has attained good international reputaion so far which is confirmed by the addmission results, the wide range of the international events and activities held at UdSU, the number and quality of its foreign graduates (5 honours degrees this year).
Among other things, Galina Merzlyakova mentions UdSU ambitious goals to increase its international student body four-fold by the year 2030, to actively cooperate with the local businesses and regional authorities regarding the empolyment and internship issues.
