The current pandemic situation and the shift to distance learning is quite predictably having positive effect on the development of digital technologies in the Udmurt State University. Thus, in the beginning of this week the Institute of Social Communication has held the distnace defence of the Graduation Theses for the first time in its history.
'The pioneers' were the part-time fast-track Bachelor students majoring in Advertising and PR and also in Tourism.
Despite the new format the defence went similar to the traditional one: students presented their research and answered the questions of the Examination Board.
