A different view: the UdSU Arts Centre opens its first virtual exhibition

The exhibition is called "Mermaid's pond" and presents the works of Leonida Bogomolova, the student of the Institute of Arts and Design. Leonida is a multi-talented person creating works in different techniques: she makes dolls, very original primitive drawings, and fantastic patchwork applications. Besides, she writes poetry and fiction.

How did the exhibition get its name? The author explains that the mermaid's character - gentle and fairy - is one her favourite. And the 'pond' represents artistic space where you are never bored and where your dreams can come true.

The unique feature of this exhibition is that it is wholly virtual, hosted in the Centre's VK group here.
